Lovely location on the water with beautiful views. It’s a very well cared for old lodge with lots of character, but our room was small. The staff is great. Loved the patio lunch spot down by the water. Avoid the rooms above the restaurant patio—smokers…

Hotel histórico - Pode melhorar o atendimento -
Hotel histórico com vistas muito bonitas do lago e montanhas nevadas. Café da manhã completo e fresco em geral. Restaurante com pratos Gourmet de bom gosto a preços altos comparado com restaurantes da região. Deixou a desejar a organização e o atendimento do pessoal do hotel. Exemplos: 1). Nós deram um quarto errado que compensaram 2 dias depois com um upgrade. 2). No quarto da minha sogra, perderam a chave do quarto, deixando ele aberto durante o dia até reclamarmos na noite (a atendente nem sabia desse fato) 3). No dia anterior ao check-out fui conferir a conta e misturaram gastos do meu quarto 409 com outro quarto de outros hóspedes. 4). Não deixam permanecer crianças abaixo de 12 anos na piscina após 18 hs sendo que geralmente é o horário de chegada do centro de esqui. A regra está clara para não "atrapalhar adultos na piscina " porém deveriam deixar isso claro no momento de oferecer o quarto pois nossos filhos tiveram dias que não conseguiram usar. Se soubessemos desse fato, talvez tivéssemos escolhido outra hospedagem. Parte da escolha do Hotel Correntoso foi para que nossos filhos curtam das opções do hotel após esquiar. 5). Não ofereceram ajuda para levar as malas no check-out. Era o minimo esperado para um hotel dessa categoría.

Muy recomendable
Vinimos a pasar unos días con mi esposa. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Colchón, almohadas y ropa de cama excelentes para un buen descanso. Desayuno muy completo y carta gourmet para almuerzo y cena muy buena. Solamente tuvimos un inconveniente en el baño que fue rápidamente solucionado.

Excelente experiencia, solo detalles constructivos
El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Todo mayormente limpio. Solo que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado para que circule el aire . Solo calefacción. Eso es algo que debería mejorar .
También siento que el personal si bien es muy educado falta un poco de amabilidad… no se si por ser jóvenes fue menor el interés en atendernos con más intención o es porque simple gente es así. Considero que es una gran experiencia. Comida rica. Piscina rica, piezas limpias solo esos detalles para enviar una opinión constructiva

Podia ser melhor
Tudo lindo demais. No entanto desde o primeiro dia o frigobar não funcionava e assim ficou por toda a estadia. Reposição do frigobar também muito ruim. Só com pedidos
